My main drinking session will be this afternoon, possibly into the night, now that I’ve got my responsibilities are chair of CAP Down Under for Day 1 done. Renee from Rewards Affiliates should be awesome as chair of CAP today. I’m big on quotes, learning and sharing from others, so here’s some wisdom for consideration… A quote from Charles Darwin that I didn’t quite fit in on my time as chair… “In the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed”. And, if you missed it yesterday, James Packer, Australian media and casino tycoon says, “Internet is like electricity” and Rupert Murdoch, “Big will not beat small anymore, it will be the fast beating the slow”.

Great conference and nice to see so many friends there too. I hope they do it next year because Sydney is just one of the nicest cities in the world.
Its on the circuit now and if its like all our other events next year the size should double in Sydney :hattip:

Barcelona was my first gaming related conference, and this my second, although I think I had more fun at this one.. Maybe because I could relax a little since it was on my turf and I couldn’t get lost walking the streets at some stupid hour because I had a team of bodyguards looking after me the whole time (thanks guys – much appreciated).
Seriously though, already having withdrawals and am already looking forward to CAP Down Under 2009..
I would especially like to thank those affiliates who made the trek down here from Europe JUST to see me.. you know who you are

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about our Movember charity fundraising at our opening party..
We managed to raise a total of $5630!
Thanks to all who donated.. The money has definitely gone to a great cause
Also, I wanted to thank everyone for their feedback on the party as well as the event as a whole…
Prof I think next year is going to be more than double the size
So far everyone has said they can’t wait for next year..
So bring it on!!
