I’m still going. It’s all a big hullaballo about nothing IMO.
I’m going to Vegas just because I have made plans and the trip is all ready booked. But this is absolutely the last time I set foot on US soil. I’m not even going to be doing transfers there in the future.
Nonetheless I will not be attending CAC.
I totally understand your sentiments Antoine and it’s unfortunate. There are so many great Americans and fellow CAP’ers who are American not to mention that the country has some really beautiful and diverse places.

I have decided not to go to Las Vegas at all. I realize the odds are that nothing would go wrong, but I am not willing to take even the slightest chance at this time. In addition, some of the programs I had plans to meet with are not going.
I would go, but I had already planned to skip Vegas this year

Hopefully many of you not going to Vegas this year ( And the ones that are going as well

Hey Everyone,
The Captain and crew arrived yesterday in Vegas. Like Antoine I had this trip booked and family promised to go. I feel it is safe to come on to Vegas. Still I will not set foot on Stardust property. It really sucks that this has happened for I was looking forward to seeing many of my friends that are not coming now. I hope to meet up with the friends that are still coming sometime this week. Beleive me when I say I almost canceled this trip. As others here I did not need this added stress in my life. My plan is to go ahead and book shows for my family and I to go see. If the party Sept 13th is taking place it would be great to know today. I feel like it maybe one of the few times this week that we may all meet up. Again I will miss my good friends that are not coming. Look forward to seeing the good friends that still are. My e-mail is [email protected]Glad to hear you made it safely Captain. The party is still scheduled, Ryan at Casino Rewards said they wont be making it to Vegas, but everything is paid for and the show must go on.
Please drink extra for those of us that werent able to attend.Me and Mrs Professor are heading to the beach for a few days.
I guess I will see everybody at the next Non US Based event.

I’ll try to make it to “Lure” for the opening party. That will be weird – a party without a host…spooky.
