Inactivelet’s be honest, gambling is a vice to some, but to most it is merely
another form of harmless entertainment …
what should be illegal is doctors charging customers even when their
customers die because of them. Take your car to a mecanic and he doesn’t
fix the problem as promised, you don’t pay. Take your body to the body
mecanic “Doctor” and you DIE, you still pay !
Clip from internet article of doctors being the 3rd leading cause of death
… a study conducted at John Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health, was a follow up to a study by the Institute of Medicine published in November 1999. The statistics given are 250,000 deaths per year broken down as follows: ¨ 12,000 die from unnecessary surgeries ¨ 7,000 die from drug errors made in hospitals ¨ 20,000 die from other hospital errors ¨ 80,000 die from infections obtained while in hospital ¨ 106,000 die not from errors but from negative effects of drugs

InactiveAt this time I think all of us have to realize that there are thousands of small groups that are going to act the same manner just as passionate to get what they feel is there right to stop Internet gambling.
Oh yes, there are people believing in every cause you can think of, and a whole lot of causes that would never even occur to you, too.
If all could prevail, not only would the world be nuts, it would also be the most unsafe place imaginable.
One keeps hoping that humanity has learned a few things in the course of it’s existance.
Like that killing each other is not a good thing, and neither is inflicting pain, and if these very basic principles will ever be adhered to, absolutely everyone will benefit.
No such luck, though.

InactiveI agree with you completely they are definitely ideas and beliefs that have a little place in society. The point I was trying to make is that they are sacrifices we have to make when we take up a position. And that everything is not protected by free speech. Some subjects just don’t belong. And it is up to the individuals to step in and say enough is enough. And that the anti-gaming people are going to be a tough battle because they take it personally.
For some reason, reminded of the time I picked a friend up from jail for some minor offense. The first thing he said was that there are people in their that need to stay.
I’m not a very good descriptive writer and going to have to look for in affiliate program that has a correspondence writing class.

InactiveI am all for freedom of speech, and also freedom of choice.
CAC has the freedom to put on Ogrish, we have the freedom not to listen to it.
Cac has the freedom to change its mind.
It all worked out.
And if I want to express that I think the ogrish publisher should taste some of what he publishes, that’s my opinion and I am entitled to state so.
Freedom of speech hardly exists on the same level as killing people.
