Inactiveif you dont wish to be saddened this morning, dont visit that link
I have nothing against recording reality, but its not for me, nor my eyes, and I don’t know HOW this person(s) could sit around and stomach building that site, its is awful.
WARNING: it has nothing to do with casinos (That i could see) so if you dont want to see beheadings, dead babies, accidental deaths, don’t visit. its not fun

InactiveI do think there’s something wrong with society and people in general, when we no longer value life as meaning anything beyond a 30 second sound bite. Thank you for doing the right thing.

InactiveMy speaking engagement at the cac vegas has now been officially cancelled. But in any case it should be a event worth going to despite the previous concerns.
Go there and have some fun!! hopefully I will make it to CAP spring break. greek39

InactiveI went on there and was greeted by the bloody skull of this little girl. :omg:
Apparently it is registered with network solutions. Is this stuff legal in the US?

It’s covered by the First Amendment – freedom of speech, although that doesn’t seem to include gambling…:unhappy:

InactiveIt’s a sick-ass site and regardless of freedom of speech rights in the USA I don’t see how sites like these can continue to operate without hassles.
I’m also a little shocked that CAC organizers allowed this operation to be part of the event. Even though they since changed things it seems the damage may have already been done.

InactiveYes, it is a very sick site. I am also very shocked Kevin11 as well. This has truely has been a pisser to say the least. Greek39 I am sad to hear you will not be coming to Vegas in Sept. My family and I are still going, but as a vacation only. We look forward to seeing the good friends here at CAP.

InactiveI will 3rd that; very shocked. I too will still be attending but have already told my manager to give the CAC ticket to someone else as I no longer would be attending the show. Heck shooting the breeze has always been the best part anyway.

InactiveAll that I have to say is thank God. It would have been an empty conference room anyways.

InactiveFreedom of speech this statement is used throughout the Internet along with copyright is not always fully understood and does not cover every situation. Freedom of speech is also a double-edged sword and at times cuts sharply in both directions. This is an observation and in no way is meant to single out an individual or statement. When the thread about Ogrish appeared there was a very interesting and overwhelming response. I was impressed on how a small community join together and backed each other up present a common goal that they shared and believed in. But I think you have to keep in mind that the antigambling community feels as strongly in their beliefs to wipe out gambling online and a lot of the comments made were very similar.
Antiblood and Gore or or antigambling
These are not quotes just examples.
Freedom of speech doesn’t apply .
this is our community
if it’s isn’t against the law it should be
just think if the kids see It
boycott the products that advertise
boycott the convention
stuff like this deteriorates our community
I will not vote for anyone who allows this to go onAt this time I think all of us have to realize that there are thousands of small groups that are going to act the same manner just as passionate to get what they feel is there right to stop Internet gambling. And in most cases their actions like yours are going to be remembered because regardless of the subject . The good feeling you get from being a part of a group and working together to stop something goes along way when you pull the voting arm .
P.S for those old enough to remember the old voting machine where kinda like a slot machine.
