Our bonuses are always deposit + bonus x wager requirement which is this case is 15 , please can you confirm where they see it is 20 .

Had player deposit 100 received 400 bonus = 500.00 x 15 = $7,500 PT requirement as T&C

But in the cashier it said wagering needed to be $10,000 when she started , thats 20x.
I was on the phone confirming what she was seeing, so I do not doubt her.

Also alot of your payment options are missing in the cashier section. NO usemywallet or ewalletexpress, plus several others as stated on the casino site.

I was mistaken , and the wager requirement for the bonus is x20, it was a mistake in the Terms and Conditions. The T&C will be changed now. Anyone who reached the wager requirement of x 15 , we will honor this.

I joined in the wee hours of the morning. I’m wondering how to set up campaigns? Is that implemented yet? I like to track which pages are converting.

Perhaps I’m misunderstanding how it works but does a player have to make two separate deposits before wagering to get any of the bonus money or can they claim the first portion?

If so why not have it that their account balances have to be zero before claiming the second part of the bonus?

Hi Thanks for joining

A player signs up goes to the cashier, deposits the min amount and can claim the bonus. The bonus is then credited to the players account.

If you are referring to the $888 welcome bonus on Rushmore, or the $777 on Cherry Red, the player can claim the second part of the bonus, if he/she zeros out and looses all the money or if they reach the wager requirements, they can take the bonus on their next deposit.

if they do what you ask for, then you will have a lot of blackjack bonus abusers who would be there just to wager…consequently wiping out affiliate revenues. not sure whether thats a good idea
