I have not been paid by these guys for well over 3 months now. They email me to create a Betsson account and I followed all instructions and emailed them the username. They of course do not confirm with me that they received it so I send another email to several different people there. No one does anything and they still have not posted my 3 months worth of commission. I also had a rakeback promotion set up with them and they keep failing to pay my players according to the agreement we had. I am considering legal counsel about this issue and I would advise everyone to stay away from Affiliate Lounge and Betsson.
Please mail me on john.ryott@betsson.com and I will take care of it ASAP.
I’m afraid I need more info in order to take action.Regards

Affiliate LoungeOngame/Betsson doesn’t allow rakeback? Or do they?
i haven’t been paid either. same thing is happening, being bounced around and asked to provide a bunch of details but nothing happens. what a pile of shit!

I would like to say that from my side that we have always been paid on time by betsson & Casinoeuro and have delivered them with extremly large amounts of traffic over the last 3 years. I’m just mentioning this to try and relieve some of the stress you must have by recieving bad service, I’m sure you will be paid.
I suggest you contact Niklas @ “niklas@betsson.com” he is our latest affiliate manager and has proved to be very helpful.
As for Rakeback, they offered it for a brief while about 6 months ago as a result of Eurobet also offering, as far as I know it is no longer relevant.

thanks, just did. it’s just that such incompetence shown by this david guy, completely put me off asking for my money for a zillionth time…
i guess this kinda stuff gets to you when you always have to hunt down payments…

well, just an update. i would like to congratulate affiliate lounge for not managing to reply to this forum thread, nor my email. what a bunch of f*ckers. after waiting for a lousy payment of $100 to be sent for 2 months or so i now nominate them to be the “incompetent affiliate program of the month”.
i got no other words…traffic forwarded somewhere else.
Look, we are in very good relations with them and can help you if there still is a problem.
