Yes, Rushmore and Coins convert very good. I can also recommend CWC.
This seems to change often. When I decided to start promoting casinos in addition to my sports books, I was told Casino Coins, Brightshare, and Mainstreet.
Mainstreet has converted better than BCP for me in the month of December.
Rushmore, ClubUSA and MainStreet are brilliant
Mainstreet is doing well, clicks/Downlaod/conversion wise.
Brightshare depositors so far are small
but are thereRewards Affiliates. clicks not turning to downloads and signups – only a very few (compared to the above) once they play they seem to stick to the casino
Rushmore i have not yet given the exposure that i feel i should based on what everyone says about them.
That is my observations thus far.
There isn´t a standard casino that converts best for everyone. I have tried Coins and Intertops after reading about them being recommended here but they didn´t do any good in my book. I tried Rushmore, CWC, Brightshare and a few others and so far Brightshare is doing nice.
My advice is to try a few ones and give them time. Then go for the ones giving the best results for your website.

true, hould have mentioned that too. give em say one month and compare then add another and maybe remove the worst one… that would narrow down the list with time
for me Inetbet, Intertops and Absolute Poker for the moment (if I compare % contribution per casino to my total revenue)
What about Bodog?
I’ve been doing well with Fortune Affiliates. The conversion rate has been pretty good, and the player value is higher than average.
what sucks is some carryover negative balances. I love bodog except it carrys over negative balances. but most of the ones on this list do except fortune and bestcasinopartner.
I did a google search last night and found a php script that rotates banners and url links. You could try that out to compare different programs against eachother and see how they do.
I also found a java script. But, I think it just rotates urls and not banners as well.
