    Hi Steve,

    The reason for the delay is we had one individual in particular (who is an affiliate and will remain unnamed) who we were expecting to bring forward a claim, but never did. BCP raised this to us in our discussions. I had to ensure that this wasn’t an oversight on our part and tried to contact this person without any success.

    I now believe we can try and get a final resolution done and will post again in the next week on what the outcome is.

    Trust me when I say it’s not easy to get ahold of those folks because the people I am talking to are not with the company anymore but obviously still do have ties, and we’re having discussions out of our mutual respect and my assurance that things will be handled professionally for their interest and the interest of every affiliate affected. So this is why you’re seeing things take longer than expected.

    I will e-mail everyone privately as soon as I have a final answer, and at that time, I will close this thread.
