Warren, are there any news on this issue?
Thanks a lot in advance.I did inquire about this and here was the response:
“I am not clear 100% on what you mean by 7%-10%? The only thing I can think of is the bcp has a 7% on Referral but that was from day 1.”
Is there documented proof anywhere that this was not the case? If so, we will definitely proceed to follow up.

InactiveI’m relying on AGD research here:

Not true — the rate was originally 10%. The change from 10% to 7% was tracked by the AGD system. (See GamblingAtlas’ link.)

InactiveHey – you don’t have to believe AGD

You probably DO have to believe the wayback machine, though.
BCP Terms Archived wrote:Affiliate Referral Program and FeesIn addition to participating in either the Revenue-Share or CPA Programs, upon enrollment and acceptance into our Affiliate Program, you may also earn fees for referring other websites to enroll in our Affiliate Program as follows: First-Tier Affiliate Referral Program – 10% override on the Casino Gross Revenue payment made to the referred Affiliate for all qualified real players referred by your directly referred affiliates, regardless of whether your referred affiliates elect the CPA or Revenue-Share option. Such fees will be paid to you for the life of the players, provided such players remain in good standing.

InactiveThank you for that post, kwblue — very useful.
This proves 2 things:
1. The AGD system works. I always knew it worked, but for those who may have doubted the system — doubt no more! :wink-wink
2. BCP did, in fact, change the 2nd tier commission rate from 10% to 7%. 🙁

Good news — BCP has agreed to also honor the 10% on 2nd tier referrals as a part of the recent T&C issue for existing affiliates. Please contact BCP support if you have any questions!

InactiveThis is great news for affiliates… see what happens when we all stick together? BCP knew that affiliates (all of us) had a major problem with the retroactive nature of their term, many affiliates contacted them about this… and it got resolved.
Excellent work!
Now – if they could just remove the predatory reduction of earnings, that would be EXCELLENT
Good work CAP, Good work Affiliates!
