InactiveVery good, war, it’s not retroactive anymore.

Thank you BCP.

winner.comMembershouldn’t “Inactive” mean NO depositing players? If you are still brining them money – even though you have no new depositing players – you shouldn’t be punished for that

InactiveThank you very much!
And what about changes made to 2nd-tier %? They dropped from 10% to 7% according to the new TOC (retroactively)…October 17, 2008 at 3:50 pm #782873
ClubContMemberwhat happened to this poll? I checked the results yesterday and 3 voted no now it shows 1 voted yes?

InactiveNot sure what happened but am glad because I accidentally voted no since I was in a rush last night. It is a big step towards a good change at BCP, I hope they continue down this path and continue to work with their affiliates. I really urge new affiliates to check out terms on any program your signing up with before you get stuck in a contact like this one at BCP though.

InactiveCan we have a label for programs that have predatory T&C somewhere in the program’s forum section to warn new affiliates? That would probably help rookies out.

InactiveI voted “yes” in the poll. As long as the new terms aren’t enforced retroactively, that’s fine.
The new T&Cs are still very unattractive for new affiliates, though. I’ve said this before — the number of new depositors should have nothing to do with commission rates.
If a player loses $10k in one month or if a player loses $10k over 3 years, the affiliate should be entitled to 30% (or whatever) of that $10k, period. Time should be irrelevant. The number of new depositing players should be irrelevant. The only thing that matters is whether or not the current players are making deposits.
Thankfully none of that garbage applies to me since I already have an account with BCP.

Is it possible to get a clarification of this moment? It’s an important thing too and would be logical to get it done for new users only (IMHO)…

InactiveWell this is some excellent news!
Many thanks to all of you guys!
It’s not our place to tell any program how to go forward with their buisness as long as past agreements are honored.
I’ve always said that, so this perfectly acceptable, IMO!This just made DAY!

No problem The_CPA, thanks to all of the affiliates who gave us input. It’s the power of CAP! :hattip:
GamblingAtlas, I will find out about the 2nd tier issue and revert shortly.
I am going to go ahead and authorize our certification team to approve BCP for CAP Certification. Thanks again to everyone for their feedback.

InactiveGreat News Prof & War! Thank you for working with BCP to get this changed. I think it not only helps affiliates, but will also help their program get more traffic again. Everyone should be happy with this. Still not great for future affiliates, but at least they are no longer breaking their contracts!
(as long as they are not retroactively applying the 10% -> 7% reduction for sub-affiliate earnings).

Couldn’t have said it better myself. :hattip:
Nice move Warren.

InactiveI realize this isn’t the main issue here, (and the work done here to negotiate terms is appreciated, but I’d feel a lot better about the program in general if they would get the payments out as promised to hardworking affiliates and in the mean time in the very least remove the wording “we pay every month in a timely manner on the 10th” from their affiliate site (not exact wording but you get the jist).
I usually have to contact them to get paid at all, and Emiliano and Lisa were helpful in getting me paid, and assured me things were improving, but after much discussion I was told on Oct 9th the wire transfer had been sent to my bank and should be there in approx 48 or so.
It still is not in my bank account; my mother has bleeding on the brain and other medical issues I’m trying to help with (and yes I told them about this), and I have medical problems as well right now, and to be honest, I am just SO sick about this.
And I know it’s not just me – my heart goes out to others who have not been paid.
I want to believe them and continue working with them, they’ve been so good in some areas…but what is going on? I honestly couldn’t sleep at night if I did this to people. Unless their is some technical problem or whatever on their end…but in that case TELL US…COMMUNICATE PROACTIVELY…WE COULD ALL MAKE SO MUCH MORE MONEY IF TRUST ISSUES WERE RESOLVED MORE COMPLETELY.
