    Hi All,

I will shortly be organising the schedule for the ASOP (Affiliate Series of Poker) freerolls and want to make sure it runs at times when everyone can play. The problem I have is that attendees at CAP Euro come from all over the place from Europe to N. America to Australia….SO….when is the best time for you guys? And would you prefer it on the weekend or weekday?

I know we can’t get an ideal time or day for everyone, so I will vary the starting times for each tournament so everyone will get to play (hopefully) but so I can get an idea – What would you prefer?

    Thanks

Cheers guys – I think that is definately a good one for the Europeans plus it would also work for N. America as it’s early afternoon for most of them or just approaching lunch for others. At the moment looking at registrations the majority of attendees are from the UK, Spain, and Italy but I want to take care of our friends across the pond and of course those down under.

I will probably do one a little bit later as well so the N. Americans get a good go at qualifying. For the NZ, Asians and Ozzies I could organise one early morning on a saturday or Sunday because that way the Europeans can play in bed that moring and the N. Americans can play after just getting in from a night out as well.

I keep missing these, but early afternoon is about as good as it gets for me. Perhaps I’ll make it this time – I hope so, it’s great fun!

Just organising the dates, but we are looking at a 3 week period over September. We should have the registration open by the end of this week.

Also – Final 6 at Bahamas, don’t forget you have a pass straight into the final 36 in Barcelona:hattip:

If one of the 6 ASOP guys decides to not come to barcelona, am I eligible, as the last man out on the first day to the 6th place seat and hotel room? Although I probably can’t/won’t make it to barcelona, as much as i’d like to, i figured i’d see if i could keep hope going for a bit more.

    Hi Alex
I finished 3rd in the last ASOP. I still haven’t heard anything in relation to the upcoming event in Barcelona. Hotel will be covered for me right? What about the flight? Who shall I contact about all this?

    Kind regards Jesper

    Hi Jesper,

This is being organised by CAP so they should be intouch ASAP – PM Professor and he will guide you in the right direction.

With the next ASOP, instead of booking the flights and accomodation we are giving away $2k to each of the 6 finalists (on top of the actual prize money) which should work out better as the next one will be London and I can’t see your flight and hotel being that much… (That’s if you make the final 6 again!)
