    I’m sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with Referspot’s conduct, however eCOGRA is not in a position to become involved in a dispute of this nature. Our dispute resolution service is for the benefit of casino players only, and regrettably we do not have the resources to also act as a mediator in commercial disputes.

    Yeah, I started to think about that afterwards. I double checked their site to make sure it wasn’t for the conduct of a casino as a whole, but just the conduct of a casino as related to a player.

    I am also in Montreal and they have quite a few of their employees here, I will see them in a couple of hours and will let them know to check this.

    I agree slow down folks, there are 2 major aff shows going on and alot of aff managers are out of town.
