I’m sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with Referspot’s conduct, however eCOGRA is not in a position to become involved in a dispute of this nature. Our dispute resolution service is for the benefit of casino players only, and regrettably we do not have the resources to also act as a mediator in commercial disputes.

Just to clear up my situation, at least, my money is now pending in my bank account. They even emailed me yesterday to let me know they had made the payment.
I am also in Montreal and they have quite a few of their employees here, I will see them in a couple of hours and will let them know to check this.
I agree slow down folks, there are 2 major aff shows going on and alot of aff managers are out of town.
