InactiveI’m in the exact same spot. They owe me $403, and it’s showed that I’ve been paid since the beginning of this month. Sent them an email on Friday, don’t expect to really hear anything. Sent another email to tech about their front page constantly crashing my browser. Haven’t heard anything back about that either.
Kind of hard to imagine I could actually send players through my links and make anything with their site constantly DOWN.

InactiveWhilst i have had no dealings with ecogra, jetset and a few well respected
webmasters tend to speak quite highly of them.ALL the casinos promoted by REFERSPOT have ECOGRA SEALS. It seems a
bit counter productive to go to the trouble of getting a seal then stealing
off your salesforce (aka webmasters).I will let this thread run a day or two and send a link to egogra. Surely
casinos are not awarded seals for paying players and STEALING OFF
WEBMASTERS- i hope not anyway :rollover:STEVE

InactiveIf I don’t hear from them by the end of the day I plan to send one more email inquiring about money owed to me and that my next email will go to eCogra as well. I exclusively promote eCogra casinos assuming these casinos were in good standing.
I already dumped FA and pulled all their casinos, and that was for less than non-payments. I have no problem pulling RS’ casinos but a different type of RS page will replace them. :madat:
If it keeps going like this I’ll have to either drop out of this business or move to nothing but non-eCogra casinos. Hopefully WagerShare, Referback and VegasPartner remain to be kickass groups.
I’m not at all concerned about conferences, someone needs to be there to pay me. If traveling to conferences shuts your business down, you need to rearrange your priorities.

InactiveInteresting, just received this:
Dear Affiliate,
We are trying to put through your payment for May and still need the following details:
need bank address,
swift code &
please verify bank a/c no,As soon as the details are verified we will effect the payment.
Best Regards
AlexNow, other than the bank address, that information is already set in my account. Why on earth should I have to supply that information? And I certainly wouldn’t send it through email.

InactiveReferspot is my top program for my total revenues and I have always been paid and assisted with any problems I have had. I have a few contacts with them as well as with the casino so I would suggest you be patient as I can assure you they will assist you. They have only one affiliate manager at the moment and they are named Yashin. Try emailing them at [email protected].
You can also try calling the casino support line their number is 1-800-253-5048 and ask to speak to Yashin, or if they are unavailable I am sure Alex or Andrew will be able to help you out as well.
Referspot includes Casino Grand Bay, BellaVegas, Lake Palace, and Jupiter Club which are all top casinos with the best of support in my book.
Perhaps you were signed up under CPA and not REV SHARE and that is why you tyhink you should of been paid….

InactiveSlow down, guys

I will try to make contact with them while I am here in Montreal. I can assure you that they are reputable, even if I do think the affiliate program is less than perfect.
And just in case anyone is wondering, I have NOT earned anything from them in the past few months because I keep getting beaten by you guys LOL. I do know and trust them, however, and I am confident that they will get things sorted out as soon as they can.

InactiveI do believe mine is resolved, I’ll just keep an eye on my bank account to make sure.
I’m typically pretty patient when it comes to certain things but when I’ve been paid consistently and on-time by every other group (this was my first payment from RS) then I tend to get a little aggravated.
Especially since it said I had been paid and I had averaged that money in with some bill paying and other expenses I needed to take care of. When I didn’t get it that really screwed me up.
