Inactivecpays wrote:Hello all,As promised here are the decisions of the last meeting we had regarding the spam emails. The affiliate’s account is frozen as mentioned before. We have decided to donate the money from the account and are currently looking for a charity that we will work with on a regular basis. All profits made by this affiliate will be donated to that cause. I will keep you updated once we decide on the charity and close all the formalities with them.
As to the emails, I believe that the emails have already stopped. We have contacted the affiliate again and stressed once more the fact that he will not be receiving his commission and that his partnership with CPays was terminated. The last email that FictionNet posted here has nothing to do with CPays.
I apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This is an excellent decision.

Now if only all the spamdexing would disappear, or at least the majority, your reputation would clean up nicely.

InactiveYes it does Ora!
This is a skin of YOUR casino sitting on YOUR server’s hard drive! If you guys are going to play these games with us, then you better cover your tracks a little better. If you want more proof, then check the other thread:

Let’s get totally f*n real about this, ok?? This looks like a complete backhanded attempt to use the spammers anyway and make it look like it is not you. I have tracked this back to Playtech as well as back to your servers.

Seriously.. that is done and the casinos can keep it for all I care.As long as the satnce on this spam stays firm and actions are taken to stop it and it does not happen again. These things need to be stopped immediately and not discussed over months and months.
That to me is the point that should be concentrated on.
Same as all “illegal” activities.. from spamming to content theft. Contacting the offenders and asking them to stop and waiting for a response etc etc just does not cut it. They should be banned immediately when they are caught and stay that way without any discussions. Period! If only that would work Peralis.
I would not trust the spammer, the hacker, nor the aff programme itself to NOT post some spam rubbish out there, with your aff id in it.
