InactiveDid you tell Fortune?
They should send you the money… or at least kick him out.
They could also help you catch him….

InactiveI would be more concerned with getting them to give you his private information and banking details. Then again when I got my house robbed and all my stuff stolen including my car, the thief logged on to one of my affiliate programs with my computer but the program refused to provide me with the ip address.
At least it looks like you are working with some good groups.

InactiveReally sorry to hear that you haven’t got your domain back. I honestly thought your registrar would have it sorted out the next day.
Then again when I got my house robbed and all my stuff stolen including my car, the thief logged on to one of my affiliate programs with my computer but the program refused to provide me with the ip address.
The best defense I’ve found for laptop thieves is LoJack for Laptops. If it gets stolen they can track it down. If it gets stolen with everything else in your house you get the thief and most of your stuff. I think I pay $29 a year for the service.

I have his personal details but he is in Vietnam.. I have to go through INTERPOL to get to him.

InactiveI had lojacks on there because I had 2 laptops stolen in the past and it seemed like a good idea. I dont think the recovery efforts are as advertised as they never recovered it, instead I was given the initial purchase price refund.

Inactivei cant believe this is happening to you affreechips! this looks like a something out of a bad dream.
i think you should ask the programs to send you the money he earned on those links since its coming from your site after all. good thing that fucker wont be able to drive traffic to most of the gaming groups as you got him on lock down…

karimMemberWow this really is too much. I can’t believe this is happening to you. I really do hope that all this ends soon and you get your site back.
November 30, 2008 at 7:08 am #788681
ClubContMemberHopefully you can get your site back. if you need any help for rival casinos on this I will work to mediate with the other affiliate managers to make sure you are protected here. I have followed the fiasco while in Sydney but not sure if the current site now has new links which i’m assuming the thief has changed. It looks like they haven’t changed the links for thisisvegas but whatever the situation is please pm me or send me an email. if you have my email instead of john@ email mobile@ to get my phone and I’ll look into this. I can ban the new account if one is created or just not pay them while adding the money into your affiliate account.
good luck and really wish I could do more but hang in there and I think this thing will get worked out.

InactiveI hope all the programs will stand up and help you as John at thisisvegas is.
I think it is best to have the affiliate programs NOT Close the account but simply pay you the money form his aff account. that way you make what you would otherwise…..

Yep, that sounds fairest. That way he can have his rightfully earned comission while he straightens this out.

InactiveMy biggest concern is my community of people that visit daily, I dont want them getting stuck into some unexpected issue from this guy running the show.
Also there are years of work I coded myself (most likely one of my issues lol) that Is real unique and I would rather not have all over.
