    Thanks professor!

It is very sad to see this. Is there a company who is interested in adding them to their portfolio?

Live casino support is unavailable for all CPS casinos not a good sign.

Starting to delete………..damn……………at lot of work again before the weekend…………

Now my/your players portfolio is :flush: !

Better to concentrate on large c.a. programs so this will not happen…

This is very unfortunate. One of my best-performing groups — gone, just like that. Goddamn it.

I hope Microgaming will step in and pay all players and affiliates affected by this.

I also hope that some other group (that accepts US players) will integrate these casinos into their program and map the players over properly, like Rewards did when they took in the Integrity Group’s casinos after the previous owners ran that company into the ground.

I do believe the casinos can — and should — be saved. There is no reason why the casinos shouldn’t be able to live on — they are well-known brands with outstanding reputations — until recently, obviously.

This all happened because the casinos changed ownership, and the new owners (apparently) didn’t know what the f*** they were doing.

Rick / Inspiration — CPS was a large affiliate program. That is why the situation is so shocking. They weren’t the “biggest” program out there, but they were fairly large.

This is a damn shame and Jon is out of work as well I assume, he is a great affiliate manager and I hope that another program picks him up! We were hit hard when Cooks went down and never fully made the money we made there again, Rewards is great don’t get me wrong but it just isn’t the same anymore for some reason with those casinos. Damn shame this is:Cry: I do think that players will be paid though from Microgaming, affiliates who knows but at this point my players come first and always have.

What would you do take the banners/links off or wait for a new investor and hope he will continue to work with CPS program stats and we will keep our players/revenue.

But players come first, they should get paid for wathever reason there is.

I will wait for a while before I pull them off and watch the news!

Before everyone goes running for the hills I for one am going to wait an email from them explaining the situation. It has been a tough couple of years for many casino’s and sometimes they just need to know when to fold.

They were definitely downsizing when I visited the office in Brisbane last year but I got the feeling that they were going to try and tough it out. It’s too bad the US law really hurt their business. They were also one of my top earners so this is going to hurt.

Maybe casinorewards is going to come to the rescue again…

Part of the blame has to fall on their marketing plan. The other micros got involved with the slot tournaments and 1 hour free play promos which brought in business while they just let things go by keeping the same old promos.
We as affiliates pump what works and what they presented was basically promos that would be near the bottom of a player choosing. They really should have looked around at the changing market , and made changes themselves.

    Hey Lou,
Thanks for the information. It is sad to see CPS go and makes me wonder who is next. CPS was one of my all time top earners, actually they set a all time record back over a couple years ago. Time to go make some changes.

Although they had great people and some good brands they always lagged behind ito innovation.

I don’t think it’s a case of if someone will pick up the brands but when.

That’s a pretty clear statement though – affiliates won’t get paid. Great. Let’s see if whoever picks up the brands pay us (hahahaha).

I just hope they honor affiliate tags, whoever they end up being. This is going to get interesting.

I never converted well with CPS but did have a couple of dolphins with them, though they disappeared at the start of the year.

    The first of many closures?

Guys I cant discuss the particulars or the parties involved ,but we have a few proposals for acquisition of the brands. Obviously these will likely take months to be fully consumated, but there is light on the horizon.

Microgaming should be taking down the downloads.

The CPS and Casino domains are up.

It’s deceptive. People should not be allowed to sign up and deposit at these casinos. It’s a known fact that there are going to be payout issues.

To expose any more people to this is not right.

If this is the owners’ attitude we are in for a long process.

Surely eCOGRA and Microgaming should be stepping in?
