InactiveWatch your ‘keyword stuffing’ . I took a look at one of your pages, Slots – Online Slots Machines – Progressive Online Slot Machines Free and the description reads:
“Online Slots Machines Portal – We have online slot machine reviews, slots articles, slots strategies, progressive slots, casino slots, free slots machines to play online”You should not have your keyword more than 3 times in the title, description or keywords.
Also noticed that for one page you had the word ‘free’ in description–will never get noticed.

InactiveThanks for pointing that out! The site wasn’t mine originally and it still has many overstuffed pages, I’ve been slowly making my way through it updating the badly many badly written keyword stuffed pages. The cms is very annoying and I get charged by the host for asking for help, even though there are still some features I don’t have access to (such as the marquee on the homepage).

InactiveI’m thinking that the new main casino page Online Casinos – Casino Reviews, Articles, News & Gambling Forum is quite a lot nicer than the new homepage.. but I’m reluctant to swap them around as the casino page actually gets quite a bit more traffic. Not difficult, most main pages get more traffic than the home page!

InactiveI don’t quite understand google at the moment, although the cache says the homepage is being spidered about once a week, the new phrases I’ve used aren’t listed when I do a google search so I can’t tell if it’s indexed or not, it was certainly indexed before, it seems like I may have done some damage.
I search for “Three quarters of UK adults now enjoy a bit of gambling” which is just a random phrase off the home page and it doesn’t appear anywhere in google.
Is it possible the homepage has been penalised but not the rest of the site? I’m still getting near zero levels of traffic for the homepage whereas new pages I put in are added quite quickly to google and get traffic after a only a few days in some cases.

winner.comMemberJust because it’s being crawled doesn’t mean it’s been put on the ‘main index’ for search results. This happens all the time. it could be a day, a week or a month.

winner.comMemberI just looked – it says you were cashed on feb 23 but when you search your domain name it’s your old cache – so your NEW words won’t show up — yet

InactiveYeah, seems weird, other pages are updated quickly in the index and new pages appear fast too. It doesn’t like the homepage.

winner.comMemberThat happens all the time
I f’d up one site by putting some stupid code in wrong in the
section
Google removed my site
it took me 3 weeks to figure out what was wrong – 2 more weeks to get indexed again and now it has all the info. and it looks like it’s indexed but when I check the cache – it says no cacheTIME!!!!!
