LucretiaMemberLed,
Sad to see this happening to you.
I hope you will get all of your money back soon.
Make some screen copies just in case.
Run mcafee / be aware suspicious emails presumed to be from C2pay.
Only logon from a fresh browser start / delete all cookies and not needed explorer history after the issue is solved.
Best Regards

InactiveLet me add a big chunk went to ultimate bet from mine, I contacted them via email with all the details they never even replied. You think they would be concerned about possible chargebacks ,especially if the same person is using fraudulent funds from multiple accounts.

CaptainetteMemberIt’s good to see Peter jumping in here already. Fraud among Online Casinos is a serious matter with a bad impact on players as well as the operators. As I previously pointed out however, I have great trust in Sportingbet and Moneybookers.
As far as my $17.000+ dispute BetCris goes, they have revealed my log in details to a person without requesting any documents from him. It’s a serious security leak on their behalf, but better do not get me started on it in your thread…
Thanks for assisting, Peter!

InactiveBetcris and UB probably didn’t realize that with such behavior they loose confidence of affiliates and players thus they income is reduced.
Im for one who wont promote them.December 4, 2007 at 10:00 am #755580

GuestLed,
I’m so sorry to hear about your wife’s situation.
I wish I could help. I just wanted to say I will add her to my prayers…. and hope all works out for you.
I feel very impotent in this matter…. and I’m sorry I cannot be of more help.
But that said.. we all have SOME power. I urge all to watch this thread and see how these programs in question handle the matters to the just and rightful way.
and then act accordingly to how your peers are treated.
Wish I could say or do more.

yleewolfMemberQuick update on this guys, looks like we will be able to get some of the money back for LED. Just over half of it has been recovered by us (sportingbet) and we’re now looking to get this back to LED in a safe way ASAP.
The rest seems to be sat with click2pay. Our legal department will be looking into how we can get this back if at all (unfortunetly it is c2p’s risk system that failed, not SB’s, so we cant directly influence this). As soon as we have any more info i’ll let you know.
Just to clarrify this is not realted in any way to our product or affiliate program. SB was just the web product that the fraudster has chosen to use to dump the money. As luck would have it our fraud team were able to block this account and hold back some of the funds.
good news is we will get more than half of LED’s money back to him.
Cheers

InactiveThanks so much Peter :chearlead
Thank you for being so responsive and helpful.
I recommend this program to all. I don’t know how it’s converting, but for sure it’s got a great affiliate manager who you can trust and relied on.
Now, I’m going to sign up to the program.December 8, 2007 at 6:54 pm #755992
CaptainetteMemberBoy, you seriously got lucky that this happened to you at a well reputed operator! I am glad to hear that Peter was able to assist and even better, that he was able to do it so quickly!
Cases such as this one only add positively to their reputation and I am definetely happy to promote them as soon as my site has been released!December 11, 2007 at 9:53 pm #756243Anonymous
Inactivejust an update, in case anyone interested.
Neither Click2Pay and Moneybookers give a shit about they customers.
C2P don’t give any details out. Moneybookers ignoring my inquires. :Pisser:December 12, 2007 at 12:24 pm #756298

InactiveWell…I asked them to identify the fraudster and recover my money.

CaptainetteMemberYou should try and call their customer support about this problem.
It is always much easier to ignore an email than a phonecall, though this should not happen at all in either case. -
