    Just sent mine back as they were sent last month.. I only filled out individual ones.

    I swear I did this 2-3 months ago and now they’re asking for pretty much the same thing all over again.

    What really bothers me is that they won’t accept digitally signed forms, so I have to print, sign/initial, scan, and upload them all over again!!!

    I also filled out all of those forms around March. Then, around May, they wanted them filled out again. The craziest thing is today I get an email from them telling me I have to physically mail the forms to them. This is beyond ridiculous as I have of course thrown them away and don’t understand why they need the originals. If this wasn’t one of my main payment options I would tell them where to go.

    I received the forms and said I need them to return by 21 June I did and they cancelled my account.

    Been in contact with csc and sent them the forms again. The files were to big for their email service. Had to Fedex them the forms.

    I also was told this in which I responded in all the yrs I have had the account I have not had to do this.. You have them so print them out yourself as I have already destroyed my copies!! Havent heard back in weeks and still use the account. Seemed a bit odd to me.

    I sent the forms fedex on wednesday and they received them today. They reactivited my account.

    I told them about the same thing. I haven’t heard back either but still use my account. I don’t understand why they want them mailed in since you have to print them, hand sign them, scan them, and then email them back.

    These people at PaySpark are ridiculous. They told me they needed to do a phone interview to verify my info even though I have had an account with them for years. Okay. So they called and said, “this is “so-and-so” with Payspark” and then they said absolutely nothing. Dead air. I’m in the middle of trying to feed my newborn so it was very irritating, to say the least. I’m like, “Okay, can I help you? Do you need to ask me some questions or something???” The guy just verified my email and physical address basically. Then they were done. Really important to do over the phone. LOL

    ANOTHER CHANGE!

    Dear Client,

    The governing and regulatory body of CSC24Seven.com, have today given an instruction that a US Driving License can no longer be accepted by CSC24Seven.com as a form of ID.

    This will affect your Paysaprk account as you have provided a US Drivers License as your ID.

    We will not close your account immediately, but instead the CSC24Seven.com Helpdesk will work with you for the next 3 to 4 weeks in order for you to provide an alternative ID.

    Unfortunately, if an acceptable alternative ID cannot be found, we will have no option but to temporally suspend the account until further notice.

    Acceptable ID documents are as specified below:

    Rules of ID acceptance: ID documents must be government issued, have a photo, be signed by the ID holder and have a validity date that will not expire within 6 months.

    Accepted ID documents:

    – Government issued passport
    – Government issued ID

    Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

    WTF? Is a license not a government issued ID? This is a crock of ****! Now we get to go jump through what ever hoops there are out there to get an alternate ID!

    I wonder why they are NOT accepting US license? hmmmmmmm!

    thanks for posting, I would never have seen that email as I hardly ever log into that email account.

    I’m not sure wtf is going on now but it always is something.

    I’m not giving them another id.

    I understand why they might need to start accepting new forms of ids for new users, but I am not sure why those who have already proven/established ID need to reprove who they are again and again and again! As often as they have been requesting id proof I have a feeling they are looking to confiscate money!
