I was going to sign up to promote Canbet but I saw this term:
# The Affiliate will forfeit any commission earned in a calendar month if the number of new funded customers in that month referred by the Affiliate is equal to 0 (zero).
I had a look and it’s the same for IAS bet. This is, by far, the worst such clause I’ve seen by an affiliate program.

This business is going down the drain.
It’s time to seperate out all the predatory term programs and start avoiding them.
They are ok if you want a quick buck, but if you want a future income at all, you need to stick with places like Referback and Fortune and casino Rewards etc who don’t pull such dirty tricks.
We need to make a list of these.

I want to promote these guys but they are obviously not even serious about their affiliate program if they can’t provide a response here???
kwblue is creating the site AffiliateGuardDog.com and it will be sperating the programs with decent terms from the predatory ones.
I am much looking forward to it!

Predatory Terms and Conditions are really hurting everyone in this industry and if we don’t stop it now – then we are going to have one hell of a time in the future earning ‘LIFETIME REVENUE’.
This is killing us, guys.. That is why I created:
What can you do to help?
1. Sign up in the forum! and give your opinions on the programs listed and any that are not listed, so that I can get them online and tracking as quickly as possible
2. Link to us! – Am I asking for a free one way link? YES. Why? We need to give this site as MUCH power as possible to have the effect we need. I am spending a lot of $$$ and will, in reality, get very little to nothing out of it. A link is not a whole lot to ask in return from the people of the industry.
3. Words of encouragement –
Everyone needs this, right?4. Donations always help – There is a link on the homepage for donations. A few have donated already (and thanks a TON for that). There is NO obligation to donate and it is only there to supplement the $$ I am spending on programming the backend of the system.
Thanks in advance for your support – I only have 8 programs tracking (and 4 listed at this point). I will work more the following week to add programs to that list. Whomever signs up at the forum (and I allow private access to after emailing at the email listed above) – can specify a program they wish tracked and I will make every effort to have that program listed immediately.

I am on IE7 and I can’t view the top of the page.
Lord Dom you kept that IE7, it messed my puter up so bad and changed the font so the words were so big I had a headache just looking at it.:roflmao:

The terms are for real and they enforced them ridiculously on our account, stopping earnings in the entire account after we offloaded just one of many sites that was sending traffic.
It’s a shame because I’ve met a few guys from here and they seemed like nice people, but they must be clueless when it comes to the affiliate business if they are going to do this sort of thing!

That is just awful.
The programs that insist on this clause always claim that they just have it and don’t plan to enforce it.
Stay away from programs like this! You will lose everything you build up whenever they see fit to take it. You will not be free to sell your own property without incurring all kinds of losses!
