I can’t say I am happy about this at all.

Is this only September payments or are all payments from now on going to be prorated?

    Hi Dominique

Payments will be structured like this for any US revenue which means September and October earnings. I understand how frustrating this is for you but as per our commission model, affiliates share in any fraud generated by their players.

It is unusual to stage the payments, but because of the situation in the United States we are left with no option, otherwise we may be paying affiliates on fraudulent revenue.

    Best regards,

    The WagerShare Team

Nope, this will not fly WS sorry but I am willing to bet you will not do this.

Like Dom said.. how will future payments be handled? You do realize this “law” is not actually in effect yet right? Also that the actual logistics of this law is more than likely about a year away from being effected. I doubt you will have problems with the us players that you have already collected from.

A men brother on the “BS”. I think you guys got a pretty nice damn chunk of my money to.. What do I tell child support? “Sorry guys but due to this new situation my kids will get the money over 6 months.”
Now I can tell you for sure that I cant do that..

What a Joke this is, I am just glad I never put any effort into marketing them really. When you leave don’t plan on trying to come back if there is a chance.

Soooo…. your magic eight ball said that their would be an increase in the number of chargebacks this month. Hmmm, that’s interesting.

Let me ask my eight ball a few questions

What does the future of Wagershare look like – OUTLOOK NOT SO GOOD
Would it be wise for affiliates to continue promoting Wagershare – MY SOURCES SAY NO
Will payments for September be made by the end of the month – VERY DOUBTFUL
Is Wagershare full of shit – YES!

    Hi All

Once again, I understand your frustrations but you must in turn understand the very real chargeback risk we face. Under normal circumstances affiliate accounts have revenue in the month following a chargeback, which we then offset against the fraudulent transaction. This cannot be guaranteed after the US has been shut down, which is why the payment plan has to be used.

You will still be receiving 100% what is owed, it is just unfortunate that it has to be paid over the lifespan of the chargeback risk.

    Best regards,

they will be paid also in parts?

    well
    example:
I would have been willing to continue promoting your Casinos and send you Non US players
then i still have my affiliate account and you could still charge me in case
any of the closed US players is making that charge back thing.
    NOT?
I mean then you could still take it from my future affiliate earnings
or do i see that wrong.

Tim is WS still excepting players from the US outside those 8 states which were banned? If so it makes no sense to delay payments because the majority of the US traffic is still open so you will have funds to cover chargebacks.

Kinda makes ya wonder how easy it is to class action sue a publically traded company for breach of contract doesnt it….

Honestly after all my talking up of and devotion to wagershares program over these years I feel like a complete and utter fool….

There is no change in the gaming laws as of this moment yet you dont honor your contracts in ADVANCE of changes that may occur? Im sorry but I may not be able to finish this tirade because I may have to go throw up.

NONE of the other programs pulling out of the US market is doing this, NOT ONE, till now that is. And why the rush to burn all your bridges with affiliates international or otherwise? Are you getting out of the affiliate program market completely? Sure seems like you are.

Did you want us to move into new markets with you as a partner? I HIGHLY doubt that after this move.

Talk about slitting your own throat.
