Report: Responsible Gambling Day Makes Impression on Euro Parliament
The EGBA's second Responsible Gambling Day was "an unqualified success," showing European parliamentarians that Internet gambling operators are in favor of regulation (i.e., traceability and transparency) to safeguard the integrity of online gaming. Why Did Pikum Fail?
One of the hot topics over at the CAP Forum news section lately has been the recently announced failure of Pikum, an online social gambling startup that had a whopping £3.98 million ($5.92 million) of investment dollars behind it. Despite some intensive marketing spends, the site just couldn't seem to gain traction among players. Were operational problems to blame?
