Progress on iGaming Legal Front
Things are finally starting to move on the online gambling regulatory front in the United States -- but probably not fast or soon enough. While it was was certainly an exciting enough milestone when Barney Frank's anti-UIGEA bill (H.R. 2267, the Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection, and Enforcement Act) was passed by a House committee late last month, many now speculate that there simply isn't enough time left on lawmakers' calendars to move the bill much further in 2010.
