Sorry guys, I like your brands, but I don’t like changes in your T&Cs.

    I think it’s not fair.
Today, I have already disabled all your brands on my site.

I am NOT happy about this at all eighter.

Over the last 6 month or somthing like that I have been building up a very decent playerbase at Casino Club. I won’t personally have any problems at all sending 1 player a month at the moment – or in the forseable future for that matter. BUT that’s not the issue.

The real issue is that it’s a violation of the contract between the affiliate and the casino – it’s supposed to be revenue share for the life of the player. Now all of a sudden it’s not.

I concider it no less then an attempt to blackmail affiliates into promoting a casino no matter how they convert trafic and no matter how they treat players. That’s not acceptable.

So here I am – with a nice playerbase. Damned if I do remove them – damned if I don’t. I know I will have to remove them if these terms and conditions are not changed. I have done similar before and I will do so again.

It’s going to hurt me financially for sure, if they force me into remove them. However I am sure it will hurt even more in the long run if we allow all casino affiliate programs to get away with stuff like this.

Best Casino Partners tried something like this recently – they changed it back because we stand strong as a united community.

I herby urge Affiliate Club to reconcider these new terms and conditions as fast as possible. I also suggest that my fellow affiliates contact the program and make them aware that we are not happy with these changes.

I agree with Jan. I also trusted you, and when I registered at your program I agreed to your T&Cs, and only those old T&Cs are true for my contract. These actions are unprofessional.
888 Affiliates changed their T&Cs but they applied these changes only to new affiliates, BestCasinoPartner tried to change their conditions, and I was really going to stop working with BCP although I had a player base there but they removed such term in their T&Cs and now these program is one of the most successful programs.

Your way is not correct, so please, if you want to have big success with your affiliates don’t add this term to your T&Cs. I had very big plans regarding your brands, but unfortunately I have to stop working with you.

Many affiliate sites pride themselves on a good player reputation.

Usually that is gained by being able to remove casinos that have a load of player complaints against them until grievances are settled.

With this quota in place, this becomes a major problem for some affiliates. Hence I find it unethical to force affiliates to promote a casino while numerous complaints are filed against it.

Additionally, this is a breach of contract. The contract existing affiliates signed did not contain a quota. You asked people to bring players and promised to compensate for that. Now the players have been sent and you refuse to pay. That is breach of contract.

Nobody can tell you how to run your business, and if you want to impose a quota on new affiliates signing up under a new contract, that is your business.

But you cannot change the contract retroactively.

For these reasons I have put you on my blacklist: http://www.gamesandcasino.com/blacklist/affiliate-club-blacklisted.htm

I am very sorry it came to that, you have some outstanding affiliate managers. :hattip:

Hmmm, what’s going on here with my lovely AffiliateClub ?? sly.gif

I have so many depositors/month at AffilaiteClub that this change of terms should not affect me, but I also think that this is not a cool move.

Where is Chris? I think we deserve at least a comment on this change. So were is he? Still on holiday :santa2: ??

CasinoClub should remain a strong brand, and Affilaites are a crucial essence to accomplish a strong casino player base.

If CasinoClub loses its Affiliates bcz of this strange move the brand “CasinoClub” will get into some trouble in the long run and if the brand looses its value it’s also me who would think about continuing advertising them.

So far I consider CasinoClub as the best place for my Roulette players. It’s definitely the best conversion rate I have seen so far and an exceptional revenue share of 40% if you are really friends with them.

So let’s give them some time to think about all this… and I hope everyone will be friends again !!!

    Hi Matt,

I am not on holiday unfortunately – we reversed our T&Cs back some time ago now and the short change didn’t actually affect anyone at all.

We learned from it and it’s business as usual ;)

So AffiliateClub is strong as always and and Dominique can remove this “bad news” http://www.gamesandcasino.com/blacklist/affiliate-club-blacklisted.htm.

    Best Regards, Matt
