You are correct in reading the wording that it may take up to 3 weeks for players to receive their earnings – this is for a variety of reasons (clearing the fraud/security department; providing the documentation required for the payout; responding to emails from finance with respect to payment options, etc) and based on several factors.

Having said that, it is my understanding that the casino player payouts are now current – that is to say that withdrawal requests are received and sent out within a week for the majority of cases.

If anyone has any concerns over their withdrawal request(s) please feel free to direct them to the casino finance department.

and many will not deposit again if they have to wait that long
they will just play at other RTG casinos
like inetbet or club world where they get paid within 1 day
and i can tell you, that many of them redeposit there

To be honest when I think about depositing one of my first considerations is how long it will take to be paid if I win. I’d like to think that a few of the RTG’s would take a page from Inet or Club World and make customer support and withdrawals a priority.

Firstly we consider ALL player requests a priority – whether that refers to customer service, withdrawals, information, etc.

Secondly, for players who have a history with our casinos and for whom we have already obtained all documentation and payout method approvals, then these clients are serviced faster than the norm. We would rather err on the side of caution and overdeliver than risk the potential dissapointment of our clients.

i want to say something to this
you say if players having a history and you have their docs
its will be done quicker.

well mostly you recieve their docs with their 1st withdrawal
so… and this takes long
then, now that player would have a history
but will he come back and dep after such a long wait on winnings?

for a requst to neteller your casino support stating
no need to send docs due its a preferred method
ok…then i can understand you need 3 days to review and approve a withdrawal
but what takes it then so long that a players recieves the money?

As I said earlier in this post, please direct all withdrawal questions to our respective financial departments by Casino. They will be able to answer your questions. I deal specifically with affiliate payments.

Please also remember that given the current climate conditions, withdrawal methods change all the time so that it is not necessarily true that if a player requests a withdrawal 1 time that the documents will be in order for a second request. Often further requests are handled in a different payout manner. Payout options are no longer an easy task and so if a variety of different methods are required (as is the case with affiliate payments) then each circumstance is dealt with as it arises.

Having said that, if a player continues to use Neteller and/or Moneybookers then these payouts are faster than the rest. Unfortunately, that does not help the majority of our clients as they are not able to use these methods.

I am aware that the casino sites state that “Please be informed that our Financial department takes from 3 to 5 business days to review and approve any withdrawal request. Once approved, you can expect your payout between 2 to 3 weeks.”

Again I would remind you that I said in my post earlier, we would rather err on the side of caution and overdeliver earlier than expected.
