First, of course, I will look at the bottom line.
How much am I making with each program?
Is the amount consistent or slowly growing?I will take the 5 best scoring program on these points and set them aside.
Then I will look at growth – whether they produce the highest income or not, I will take the 5 programs with the most growth and also set them aside. There may or may not be duplicates.
Now promos and creatives – another 5 programs, dupes or not.
Next I will pick the 5 that are most appreciated by players and have a clean reputation in Player forums.
Last not least – the 5 most responsive programs. I like working with people, no one has to be perfect but I appreciate open lines of communication a lot.
Now I have up to 25 programs – but I bet it will be more like ten or 15. I will make sure this does not tilt unfairly to programs that have a lot of casinos – those with few or single casinos will weigh in just as well according to performance.
Now I will set ones with T&Cs I don’t like to the side.
Also, those that carry over negatives and/or bundle go to the side (I bet they are already eliminated at this point).
Be interesting to see what I have left then.
I do like promoting a lot of different programs, and with a site that has a huge repeat visitor rate, I need to have a wide selection. But I am tired of sending visitors to places that either don’t know how to convert them or where I just don’t see a commeasurate profit.
At the end of this, the best programs should be getting a nice boost in visitors from me, and the rest will need to see about improving enough to motivate me to give them another shot.
I will also accept more paid ads in the coming year.
Once all this is sorted (will take some time) GamesandCasino will get a total facelift.
Please let me know if I forgot any criteria you think I should take into consideration!
I am not sure if you were including this in general, but how about player retention? Obviously the better the Program is at retaining, the more stable your profits. Also, I don’t really know how important it is to you, but how about speed and consistency of payment? I very much prefer programs that pay early and are consistently on time. It is bothersome to have programs go 2 weeks past due, which seems to happen constantly for one reason or another, but some programs never seem to have that problem.

InactiveYep, I should probably do a sweep for retention, too. I imagine the ones with the stablity of income will be the same as the ones with best retention, but it’s an interesting thing to follow.
As far as payments go – I only tally up at the end of the month. I have enough grey hairs as it is – not going to let that worry me.
If it’s not there by the 31st I have plenty of time to get worried. Can’t think of one time when it wasn’t.

Ha, are you ever talking to the wrong person.
I live in squalor! I am camping out in my house and most of my stuff is in the barn. I have been spending so much time in the barn – I had it carpeted! I am having thoughts about turning it into a second house.
My life is in total disarray due to the remodel from hell. I’ll be glad to sleep in a nice hotel room in Vegas in January. We actually have been spending an increasing number of nights at a local motel.
So, if I can’t clean up my physical environment, I am going to clean up Gamesandcasino!
