Ok, I havent promoted a casino ar 25% in a real long time, I was on 35 a long time ago, the the program change was supposed to put old players on 25% and new players from new links at 35% correct? I think its BS to retro my old players but even my new players are turning 25%??

    Hi allfreechips,

I am not sure which stats you are looking at, but I have just taken a look at your stats both on our internal reports, as well as that displayed on the site for both April and May 2008, and I see 2 figures being displayed. The one is a total for ReferSpot (Legacy) players, with the commissions being calculated at 25%, and the Grand Prive players being calculated at 35%.

I am not sure why you think it is not being calculated correctly, when you could even look down to the banner tag level, take the Net Profit per Grand Prive banner tag and calculate 35% of these values, and you will see that the commission values displayed match – the commissions are being calculated at 35%.

Please could you let me know why you were under the impression that it was incorrect, or better yet, provide me with specific months and banner tags where you do see incorrect calculations, and I will be more than happy to investigate why that is, and correct it accordingly. If you were in fact short paid for past months, I would also ensure that any short paid amounts are paid to you.

I would also appreciate it if you could direct matters of this nature, considering the seriousness, directly to either myself of any of the members of my team via email. We are more than happy to assist you in any manner possible. We would also have pointed out that you are infact being paid 35% for your Grand Prive players.

On the matter of ReferSpot players, these players were always paid at a 25% rate, even before the switch over to Grand Prive Affiliates, and I do not understand why it is now being raised.

I hope this clears things up.

Well I was paid 35% on the old system.. then i got knocked down hence the low status on my pages for the new stuff..

I loook at the total revenue.. and total due is 25% of that.. (on the front page)

dont see how looking further would alter that?

    Hi allfreechips,

I will address each “point / issue” seperately here to ensure we get this sorted out once and for all:

    35% on old ReferSpot players:
This was a limited time offer during the switch from ReferSpot to Grand Prive Affiliates, and which was clearly communicated to you at the time of this being offered. You would also have been informed of the discontinuation of this offer when the offer came to an end. Thus, all ReferSpot legacy players are now paid at 25%.

    Revenue Calculations:
The front page stats (quick stats) is a summary of your performance. It does not break down the commissions. It displays commissions as a total (ReferSpot 25% + Grand Prive Affiliates 35%) value. You need to look at the reports within the My Reports area to define what your earnings are per program (new and old).

As such, looking further at the reports would have helped you see that, and thus would have helped to alter your perceptions of the commissions, and how they have been calculated.

I see the break down.. new stuff has a lot of deductions causing it to be low compaired to the old players.. 25% still sucks though any way you look at it for casino earnings but i see where to dig into now.

    Hi allfreechips,

To clarify – the deductions are not more now than they were before with ReferSpot. With the ReferSpot reports, you would have seen the deductions as 1 amount, and not broken down into its “components”.

With Grand Prive Affiliates, you will see all deductions broken down into 3, namely Progressive Contributions, Bonuses and Chargebacks. You will also see a Total Deductions field, but this is all 3 above mentioned deductions displayed as a total, and not as an additional deduction of any sort. This was done to ensure a greater level of clarity and transparency, and thus remove any doubts with regards to what the deductions comprise.

I am glad that we have now been able to clarify things, and thus come to an amicable conclusion to this issue.

I see no problems with the current Grand Prive program – all is on the up and up.

    Good job, Kamiel. :hattip:
