These exploits happen because your site leaves a doorway open for these buggers to sneak through. Most likely it is coming from the site supply the feed. Rss feeds are and will always will be highly exploitable. I am not sure how you have this set up but I would take off the feed then put it back on and republish.

I have had all possibly responsible feeds removed.
