I was surfing the web and came across this webiste http://www.tightpoker.com and I noticed that the webmaster altered the online poker software (photo) Would be this a copyright violation? Can the webmaster still use the photo as long as he credits the online poker software company?

Ask permission for use and make sure you inculde that you would like to alter it.
