GuestNo download casino.
Seems to be reputable, since most of the well-known and respected portals promote it.
Can’t find anything negative on the forums about it.
IMO Not a Rogue.

InactiveWecome wufu!
In 2001 there were non payment complaints galore about World Wide Vegas.
World Wide Vegas once used Gambling Software Systems software. That is when all the complaints happened. OPA was very busy with complaints about it. Then it changed to DCEG (dot com software).
After that not much was heard about it anymore.

GuestWell!
Seems you two have information that is not readily available on the internet……something about this casino having a bad reputation?
There is one way that I know of to find out if a casino has a bad reputation (other than to ask on a forum, as was done here), and that is to do a search for their name, and look at the pages of serps………If nothing comes up and these people do have a bad rep, then who’s resposibility is it to put it on a page so that it does come up in a serp?
I feel as if I’ve been ambushed. If I can’t find negative information by doing a search then how are the players to know?
Who’s responsibility is it to publish information like this, and why are there no negative threads on any of the forums in the serps about this casino?
Perhaps they have cleaned up their act, if they had payment problems in the past.

InactiveWow, you guys are very helpful, friendly too:bigsmile: After posting this I did go ahead and do a search on my own and what Dominique said was right on the money. They DID have pay probs earlier. Based on that, I think I too will hold off on promoting them as Spearmaster had said. Fergie, thank you for offering your opinion as well. Don’t feel ambushed, hun, seems the folks here are just eager to help and that is AWESOME. Thanks again all!

GuestWow, my bad. Sorry to get defensive, I have a splitting headache and a very busy 2 year old. That’ll teach me for sitting at the computer on a Sunday.
I didn’t find anything at all about this casino on a google search – nothing bad. I assumed that if gonegambling promotes it and winneronline has a review for it, then it must be ok. (Well, we all know what assumed means – makes an ass out of u and me – just me in this case).

I wonder how long ago they had payment problems, and if those problems still exist.
I learned something from this thread: I have to dig deeper before I determine whether a casino is good or bad.

InactiveI couldn’t really find anything when I googled. I found it by searching the meister’s forums. I think it was back 2 years ago or so when they had the no pay probs. I just don’t want to touch anything that smells trouble even if it was years ago. One thing I am trying to clean up is the amount of questionable casinos on my sites. I’ve just been ‘invited’ to be an affiliate there and was duly gun shy.

InactiveWell it is nice to see that everyone is willing to dig for the facts. I am the owner operator of WorldwideVegas.com. We have been in business since 1998. In November of 2000 SureFire Commerce stole over half million dollars from us and was passing through enormous bogus chargebacks to boost their revenue.
WE were forced to sue them (settled the matter in our favor as the wanted to avoid scrutiny and the fact that they have changed hands a dozen times since then shoulld tell you something). During this period we did have a handfull of players that had redemptions that should have been processed by SFC and were not. These were payouts we submited and had the funds deducted from us and SFC never sent. We subsiquently paid every single player from our own pocket.
So in short if you want the facts on an past issue you might be wise to ask management. On that issue we essentially did not receive the processing funds from those players, had the payouts deducted from our reserves, and then paid the players again from our pockets. We believe the player should never suffer from the banking struggles the industry faces and now we are one of only a few sites that guarantees winnings in 24 hours.
As an prospective affiliate you may want to know we spend over 5MM a year promoting our advertising either through paid advertisments or affialiates. WE were one of 2 sites that MSN bestowed and exclusing contract on the last two years and have over 100,000 active players in our DB. Lasty our conversion ratios in targeted media exceed 15% from registration to depositor (higher than any client using DCEG software).
If you have any questions I welcome the opportunity to respond.

InactiveWelcome to CAP, Andrew, and thank you for clarifying your side of the story.
Sounds like an unlucky circumstance back then.
Also it sounds like Worldwide Vegas is a healthy casino.
I personally have never tried the software – maybe it is time to do so.

InactiveAndrew,
Thank you for clarifying a lot of issues for me. It does indeed sound like you were left with a huge mess. It’s nice to know that is was cleared up too  Perhaps a reconsideration is in order here.June 8, 2004 at 10:37 pm #650323Anonymous
InactiveI do appreciate your responses. We have spent the last 4 years rebuilding a great organization. We now have 5 of the premier bingo brands and just paid a fortune for onlinebingo.com, all that in addition to our primary site WorldwideVegas.com. We take care of our players and I personally pass out over 100k a month in VIP bonuses to keep the good players playing with us.
Our great conversion ratio can be marked up to our banking. We have many options and have invested the capital in building out our own alternative method call goldexchange.com (currently not being offered on WorldwideVegas). We are still building out the back end of that but the essential goal is to have more control over our destiny verses being at the mercy of our providers.
I can assure you one thing you will not find a more responsive staff and I would welcome any of you into our affiliate program.
Regards,
Andrew

InactiveSo which bingo sites do you run ? And do they have affiliate programs. I’m always on the lookout for good, new bingo rooms.

15% is good?!? That sounds extremely low. Microgaming and Playtech have around 40%-50%

Inactive50%??? I must be doing something VERY wrong if yo uare turning those numbers!
I have played personally at WWV and enjoyed the new software and their cool slots hehehe.. They sent me a scratcher in the mail and I used that to test it out and had good service!
Is Surefire Commerce related to Firepay by any chance?
