    Can someone suggest me a good tutorial (step by step fr a complete noob) on how to make a complete wordpress backup, even a manual backup. I mean included theme, plug-ins, images and posts.

    If you have a cPanel hosting account, then backups are easy. Go to the Backups section, save the MySql DB for you WordPress. You can download the live files via FTP simply. There are WordPress backup plugins, but the ones I’ve tried in the past never worked that well, so manual via cPanel works fine for me.
