Yes one could say conversions for some affiliates have been slow, but I think you are certainly doing better than others. I do keep track of our weekly and monthly affiliate conversions statistics and you are currently (and in months previous) above average as far as Click-Download, Download-Signup and Signup-Depositor.
Ive sent you an email with you statistics to view to back this up. Youre doing better than you may think. Also you do have quite a few players that are playing for fun.
I think where we are low is on the signup-depositor conversion and not on the first impression side. Though the idea of a redesign is a good one I think there are better places to focus our conversion efforts. Its a constant battle with processing but we’ve just soft-launched and new option that should help. I can provide more details on this soon so stay tuned!

Thank you for the email. You have a point about the site design if it was an issue, there would have been fewer downloads/signups so it must be as you are pointing out.

Conversion has been purely disgusting so far this month – 603 downloads – 10 new players. I think I will definitelly lower their exposure, clearly it’s becoming wastefull to send much traffic this way…

It seems numbers from 2 of the brands are pulling down the averages overall. There is a huge drop in conversions from click to download so far this month for you on LVU and VCO. Strange, as previous months were respectful. I will look into why there is such a low conversion here and let you know what I find. What I do notice is that in LVU there is quite an increase in percent of Cl-Dl…much higher than any previous. Is all traffic the same? Did you move this brand to a new location than before? Are you promoting the direct download code somewhere?
Ive emailed you a breakdown of your conversions per brand for the previous 6 months for you to see. I’d say the “overall” stats are not as disgusting as you say. Perhaps we could look to focus on the brands that are converting well (better) for you this month?
On another note, and as mentioned above, we have soft-launched a new deposit method that is working well for us. On top of that we have 3 more methods that will be added very soon.
I want to help so lets try to work something out.

Thanks for the reply and for looking into this. The reason 2 brands are “pulling down” the average is because I mainly advertise those two (VCO most than any), thus they get most of the traffic. I indeed decided to increase exposire to your casinos, following a nice numbers at the end of June, unfortunatelly it seems to be a complete waste.
I don’t do direct downloads, I always send the players to the website first. Clicks are not important to me as a factor, at all, since they could mean many things. What I always focus on is “download” and of course “new depositing”. Visiting the casino site is by no means a show of interest, but downloading the casino is definitelly a small form of commitment. And out of 600 downloads to get just 10 new players is mind boggling. About 100 of those downloads come from free-play promotions, so I can understand if they don’t bring many players, but the big picture is that I’ve delivered 600+ downlaods in about a week and saw just 10 players. I had high hopes for your affiliate program to become one of my top guns, I like everythign about MS, except the most important – the conversion, which now I see it’s hit-or-miss.
I do however want to hear more from the other affiliates of yours. Does anyone see this kind of conversion or is it just a few of us?
I see sign ups but then they try to deposit and i just see $10 credits which the players get when there deposit is rejected, they need to make it easy to deposit or players go where they can thats exactly what i do / some casinos and poker sites except my atm card while a whole lot of them don’t it just gets rejected i test them all i asked my bank they say no payment was presented to them / so these casinos/poker sites are rejecting payment before it even goes to the bank / I Promote only casino/poker sites i can personally make deposit easy with no rejects / if i can that means other people can to and that means commissions for me

One thing to keep in mind is that all our bonuses are withdrawlable and players are able to play more games with these bonuses with us. Most other sites have limited games and sticky bonuses where winnings from the bonus, and not the bonus itself, can be cashed out. A lot of players like this difference. :wink-wink
