Neteller has this problem for many years. Some my clients told me why they use my services because if they want to cash out their money from neteller by cheque, they will be issued a US cheque drawn from a Canadian bank. In older times (2years ago), they issue an ATM neteller cards to the users, you have to put your US dollars into the ATM card as Canadian dollars, and when you withdraw the money from ATM have to turn back as US$. (of course their exchange rate is very unfair)…those were the old days….
just confirm from live chat that
now the cheque they issue would be still based on USDbut the admin fee has gone up from USD $2 to $10 per request
please share your withdrawal experience here too
We can call it bank draft, not a check. USD bank draft issued anywhere in the world may have a US bank clearing house.

u mean very recently, the cheque they issued is in fact a kind of bank draft ?
bank draft should cost Neteller more money to issue than a cheque,
no wonder why they charge us $10 instead of $2 as before
