Winward Casino – what a mess

    Winward Casino needs to re-organize their website so that players can find the information they need. I have been a player and affiliate for 3 years, and if I can’t find the information or understand the bonus terms, newbies are sure to be lost and frustrated.

    I appreciate a feedback, I really do and you can ask everyone here and see I actually implement those suggestions I get from my affiliate partners and make many changes on our sites.

    I’m as well like you in the business of affiliates for years now. but there is a way of saying things… you are posting everywhere and I don’t find it professional. I also checked last case you posted you managed to post and write to everyone and everywhere besides Winward accounting/support but anyway, Monica will give you the answer in your previous post so we wont repeat the same answer twice.

    now, if you would like us to make any changes in any of our sites please be nice and more specific, in a nice way we will make things happen, but in your way basically I wont take you seriously.

    I posted at Casinomeister and here. I hardly think that constitutes everyone, everywhere. I can also post numerous e-mails and chat sessions that I have had with Winward cusotmer support and accounting trying to resolve this before posting here. If I recorded my phone conversations, I could post a few of them to Winward’s customer service as well.

    Since I have neither been rude nor dishonest, I must assume that you believe any public posting of criticism is not nice. That is your right, but I disagree. It is also your right to not take me seriously, but I would not advise it.

    When I have more time, I will try to provide some specific feedback on the Winward casino website.

    previous player issue was already discussed on another thread and on PM.

    In fact I would really appreciate a feedback from you on Winward experience when you have time, as we are now working on redesigning it for it to be more SEO friendly and after speaking to our loyal players and hear their feedback on it, we are now considering adding another casino software to increase the games there too and give a better variety and experience for our players.

    so any advice in advance will be highly appreciated, it might take time but and I assure you I’ll make it happen.:wink-wink
