Still nothing received. Looks like WH don’t have time or resources to pay affiliates. Anyone know better?
got paid in the first week like always.. I thought I saw a contact person email in the subforum for affunited, might be worth a try..
fictionnet – we to have been having problems looging in to our systems at the moment so that is why your internal mail would not have been answered if you sent it.
as for payment – we should be sending it out in the next few days. we are in the process of moving a lot of operations and back ends to gib and it has not been as smooth as we would have liked.
any way your commission should be with you soon – and to stop any rumours we do still have the resources and time to pay the affiliates.LOL still haven’t gotten mine from their old system either. :flush:
We got our payment in the first week of the months as always. Must be some mistake that has happened to you. Keep on bugging them until they pay
Nice to hear that some affiliates have been paid. Not so nice to hear that they don’t pay everyone at the same time.
Let’s get the outstanding payments made without further delay.
I am STILL waiting for my William Hill payments for May 09 and June 09.
I cannot recommend that ANYONE promote WILLIAM HILL CASINO whilst they are unable to pay their affiliates.

From what William Hill has posted above they are ” in the process of moving a lot of operations and back ends to gib and it has not been as smooth as we would have liked.” What I can do is put you in touch with the affiliate manager and you can discuss with her directly to speed it up.
It doesn’t look like they are purposely delaying your commissions. They just seem to be backed up.
I will PM you the contact details so we can get this resolved ASAP.

Although payment may have been delayed recently you will always get paid they are a highly reputable group!Payment received today. Let’s hope future payments are on time.
Things at WH are so confusing now. They’ve not been easy to convert for AGES and their program – putting it bluntly – has been crap for quite some time with some really lousy staff at the helm (since the excellent Sabrina and Gary left).
