Despite hearing numerous accolades about this casino I have had the worst of luck with William Hill over the years. Bastards even locked my player and affiliate account so I cant offer much help with these buggers.

I heard the same from another affiliate I respect.
They just seem so solid, but in our circles, they sound like big losers. I don’t know how to reconcile the two. (I do know how to run away from them, at least.)
I had an affiliate issue and couldn’t get them on the phone for over 2 weeks, always busy. Their email was my only hope, and they kept giving me stock answers. I finally deciphered the exact information they needed and was able to access my account to cash out earnings. The interesting thing is that every time I sent an email I also mentioned that their phone number wasn’t going through, but they never decided to respond to that issue.
Now that things are set in place there doesn’t seem to be a problem, but very frustrating for awhile.
We had a problem with the crypto account(eCash) and solved it using intercasino phone numbers.
