AlmanatorMemberI had major issues with Cpays. The negoitated a deal then changed terms, then changed my ability to read full stats, then the aff mgr had the nerve to ask for my password so he could “see what I meant”!.
These guys are poisen in my eye and should be avoided at all costs. I won’t even allow posting about them on my site. I know I am far from the only one to be burned by these yahoo’s.

grinstainMemberStill they are a certified affiliate program on here for some reason, is anyone having issues with tracking, payments etc?

InactiveThere is no certification anymore. Just listings…. personally I don’t promote them.

Well I did and am regretting it now, at first I thought the power of the William Hill brand and business would solve any previous issues with it’s new aqusitions but this seems not to be the case.
The reputation in Uk of William Hill is very solid but I honestly feel that with the added “club” sites and poor customer support may mean the past 70 years of hard work could soon vanish.

InactiveWhy they would risk their reputation like that is a mystery to me. Must be lots of cash involved.

AlmanatorMemberI suspect it i simple – GREED! – it is one powerful emotion! It is no secret that Cpays was a digusting program and one must question any affiliate who promotes them. I closed my accounts with them both long ago.

grinstainMemberMy only issue is tracking and lack of it really when I know there was a lot more players than showing.
I have no issues with my affiliate manager who seems to work really hard and answer all emails quickly, he was like this at Webroute also and is a nice guy. It could easily be a case of too many people spoiling the broth and noone knows what the other is doing.
Anyway If it gets sorted and my tracking issues fixed I will be very happy, place Will Hill on the sites again to see if chages have worked, I don’t think for 1 min it was intentional but I do think that they should perhaps look at what they have bought and fix the problems not only for affiliates but most importantly for the players.
I think that William Hill didn’t really do their home work when buying the affiliate programs and casinos, maybe the figures looked good but a quick google search would show very different results.
It’s still early days though I suppose :hattip:

InactiveWell, if they are in the rogue pit at Casinomeister, you know that due dilligence has been done before they landed there and that they mistreat players.
