InactiveSlotplayer, Neteller will no longer transfer money from an American account to or from any gambling site. So your idea won’t work.
Offsuit, Peer-to-Peer transfers are problematic. In addition to the excessive fees. Neteller has a history of locking the accounts of people who send or receive frequent peer-to-peer transfers. Once the accounts are locked, it takes a lot of work to get them reopened. Neteller really puts the account holders through the 3rd degree. So, in theory, your idea is doable, but account holders should be aware that they will almost certainly have problems (especially if those transfers are for large sums).
Bottom line, Neteller states that all accounts are covered by funds held in trust. If that is the case, why aren’t they processing any withdrawals of U.S. customers?
I’m looking for information that will help my players if Neteller doesn’t pay; and I believe that is exactly what will happen.
We have made a lot of money from our players. It’s time to step up to the plate and help them out.

My paranoia had me thinking if the impact was big enough they were just going to take all the held money and run. Either that or use it to better position themselves in other areas prior to releasing it.
I have a large amount now pending, I hope that some time next week it will be released to me. I will then do another withdrawal of whats left and prepare my resume to reenter the real world. This party is over.

I would bet $5000 that no American will see any money next week. It will probably be months if ever.
It’s time to start work on Plan B.

But BetonSports was also a publicly held company, and they still haven’t paid many U.S. customers.

QUOTE]I called them to clarify this – they are currently not accepting EFT deposits for the next week or so, due to the busy-ness. However, total time for receipt of EFT withdrawals is 3-4 weeks from time of request. They have NOT stopped processing EFT withdrawals, according to the gentleman I spoke with. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt on this, since I really have no other choice.
