InactiveI think the only people who disagree with wikileaks are Americans who are embarrassed by what their country is up to behind closed doors.

InactiveApparently he has kept the dirtest secrets on 200 people aside, and has it as assurance. So if anything happens to him, they get released.
It’ll be interesting to see what he has on big business.
Nice to know someone is keeping the decision makers honest.

voodoomanMemberIt’s about time the “untouchables” got “touched”.
The rape charges against the owner is most certainly a CIA dirty tricks campaign.
Papers, blogs, radio, TV and online news sites are also full of it (WikiLeaks) here in South Africa.
Looks like the web supports him as there are now thousands of mirror WikiLeaks sites.

InactiveI think by arresting Assange, and if he is ever sent to the US, more people who aren’t happy with their governments and businesses will send leaks to WikiLeaks.
And it wouldn’t surprise me if more people would get up and take his position. When it comes to “social consciousness” and wanting to keep governments honest people are willing to stick their necks out.
Sorta reminds of V for Vendatta, or 1984 – but not quite.

InactiveThat’s a noble thought Rak. I am sure many would love to.
He did a smart thing in getting arrested in London. At least he will have a better hearing here and has mass support. He is exceptionally smart and would work out some sort of a deal with the US govt. Don’t think the US would think of harming him.
