Brightshare and Referback do not accept US, btw.
For US I see you have RTG and Vegas tech softwares. I would try to add a Rival to the mix, but I wouldn’t make them prominent for now. The software is good, payment methods have been spotty though.
CWC and Casinocoins are excellent for US-traffic, I would add C-Planet and one rival program, maybe 400 Affiliates.

Yes i wrote “accepting us players or not”. I’m also looking for casinos wich don’t accept us players
Then I would add Fortune, Casino Rewards, and some wagerworks software. Not sure who is good there.

I deal with UK casino traffic mostly, the 2 best programs for me are AffUtd.com (William Hill Casino Club Brand) and Ladbrokes Casino. With both I have a hybrid deal so I measure convertions by the click because the 2 deals are so different, even though I get high rev share and therefore at any one time I wont have the full value of all my players paid out I still get £3.70 p/c at aff utd and £3.10 p/c at ladbrokes, and players are still spending BIG – I love these programs! For UK casino traffic i think they are the best because the their brands are so popular here.
