I’ve never hidden links, i don’t see the point in it to be honest.
As a user, for the past ~15+ users.. i havent decided to click a link because the url looks extensive.

i click a link, if the content is good, the sell is good, and its something i am after.

On some of my sites I hide the link simply because some of the aff program links have your program username in them. I find that rather off putting.
