Hehe I’m not that familiar with his posts but from the little I’ve seen it sure does.

My sentiments exactly.
I like the variety of poster personalities – from the short and sweet (albeit segmented and fractured) to the longer winded (yet amazingly direct and of absolute quality and usefulness).

Wednesday started another 3 month holiday. Took a break a month or so ago but wasn’t long enough. So now, making up for all those lost years spent working 6 or 7 days a week. The Mrs and I will probably hit the coast (it’s summer here) for a week but nothing planned. Just take it easy, play some guitar, xBox, get some stuff done around the house. Generally take it easy and I might catch up on some work without distractions.
If we don’t speak before hand, have a safe and enjoyable Christmas and may 2013 bring you all the best too.

He has helped me when I asked for it with honest information and opinion I find his opinions to be very non-biased. His posts are also full of little funny snippets, “Kinda like putting your head between your knees and kissing your ass, when the plane your on drops out of the sky.”

Can’t agree more. Aussie Dave is your quintessential gambling affiliate always ready to give valuable advise if need be and one of those blokes who wears his heart on his sleeve.

When I started way back everyone helped everyone.
I guess we were all learning back then and the industry was still very much in its infancy.I even recall when Dom started.
She’d come to the GPWA and ask newbie question, lol. Well, Dom’s come a long way since then and has given so much to the industry since. One person I remember well, was known as “The Captain” Alan (RIP), he was gentleman and always willing to help anyone who asked for it.While it was in some ways akin to the “Wild West”, the camaraderie between affiliates was very strong. In most cases we had each others back. In all honesty I miss that. But life goes on. And progress, good, bad or indifferent is always changing.

PS Had a nick change in 2005 when I returned from a 14 month break. Was Gamblerslodge.
