Would have to Ricky Gervais or Dane Cook.

Preferably alive. Why? I think they are funnier alive.

This may sound not so exciting but I would like to meet my Grandfather on my fathers side of the family.

Why? – He died long before I was born and was a wealthy German industrialist before WWII devasted the family assets. He was suppose to be quite an innovator who took chances, did things different, had great success and was suppose to be a really kind and generous person.

My true #1 choice is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as I know that will happen one happy day…

For me being a long time (since ’72) Dallas Cowboy fan it would be Roger Staubach.

Mitchell Paige was the inspiration for the Rambo and G.I. Joe characters, this guy was the real deal, my boy from back home, the dark corners of Serbia who became an American war hero

He took out an entire Japanese regiment alone in the jungle after his whole platoon was killed, armed with 4 machine guns and a bad temper

And lived to receive his medals and it appears a long life after the war.:hattip:

BTW Millions of Americans have served in combat since 1862,
according to wikipedia(so we might want to verify)
In total, 3,465 medals have been awarded to 3,446 different people.[47][48] Nineteen men received a second award: 14 of these received two separate medals for two separate actions, and five received both the Navy and the Army Medals of Honor for the same action. Since the beginning of World War II, 854 Medals of Honor have been awarded, 528 posthumously. In total, 618 had their medals presented posthumously.

    Bonus Canadian Content:
Medals of Honor can only be awarded to members of the U.S. armed forces – although being a U.S. citizen is not a prerequisite. Sixty-one Canadians who were serving in the United States armed forces have been awarded the Medal of Honor, with a majority awarded for actions in the American Civil War. Since 1900, only four have been awarded to Canadians. In the Vietnam War, Peter C. Lemon was the only Canadian recipient of the Medal of Honor.[

Kurt Cobain of the music group Nirvana

Because his music influenced a generation and initiated the “grunge” sound of rock
