I think that refunding a % of the rake to players is a violation of the terms and conditions of both programs. As an affiliate, I wouldn’t want to do that for fear of getting thrown out of the affiliate program.
I know that there is at least one site, zerorake.com, who doesn’t charge a rake, but rather a flat monthly fee, and that might be something worth looking into.
