As with all commercial enterprises … it depends on the scale of the behaviour.
As with most industries there is no overall body controlling all the companies – so there is nowhere to turn to get it put right – unless it’s criminal behaviour and a significant dollar value – then legal action might be appropaite?
If it’s slow payment and poor service then it’s probably not a criminal offense and so the best thing that you can do is try to find a contact within the company to get things put right.
If it can’t be put right then vote with your feet – and terminate the partnership.
Additionally – you could post a full strength review on your site expalining exactly why you think that this site is poor – outline the risk to players accounts – and leave it there.
Finally- make sure that you warn other affiliates and potential affiliates (as you have done) … to ensure that this company learns that the word does indeed get around.
:banger:I thought there might be a program like ecorga or something like that to register a complaint .Now its the point – they never answer emails – they never send payments as stated in the t&c which is by the 10th of the month , and its suprising as they are a Skin Of Ub – and ub is a good program – so hy would Ub lend its name to these Jerkoffs – It stats right on top of The site Powered By Ultimate bet – So in essence there work with ub – Id like to know why ub is tarnishing there name by working with these people and that ub should have some responsibility that programs using there software are honest and pay affiliates.
Now i know your thinking maybe me as an affiliate did something wrong and they dont like me , but i know many Greentie affiliates not being paid.
Anyway they owe me a payment for june which was due on the 10th and they owe me for I beleive feb or march – which i was told from them in an email last month that they wouldnt pay because someone else was running the program them and they wont honor there payments . So heres to you greentie poker –
I don’t understand why anyone would promote a skin when you can promote the poker room itself. Unless it is your skin.
