These aren’t profit numbers.
They are based on a private valuation of $50 billion USD and are illiquid until the company goes public, and even then, most of these shareholders will only liquidate a portion of their ownership.
Regardless, a good portion of the owners have made such a huge return on their investment already that even with their partial liquidation and any fluctuation the company’s value might face, they will come out ahead of the game.
