vladcizsolMemberEnom happily turns over domains and info so they are obvisouly least safe.
Moniker makes me nervous as they are very profit oriented so they MAY flip for the right price or under even moderate pressure.
Godaddy so far has not been cooperative and due to their sheer size I feel safe with them.

InactiveWell I had domains taken form 1&1, Godaddy and Omnis (Omnis was the most helpful as I could talk to a real person with athority)
It comes down to YOUR security. here are some very helpful Items I have learned from this
1. Always use a unique SECURE email for each registrar. Make sure you have a real password like bfvd&gsdEd*81]-hsY
2. Always log in and check the status of your domains – I had 2 taken in Febuaray and didnt know until November when they changed the name servers.
3. Avoid ones that send you your password via email, they should send you a NEW password hence instantly alerting you someone got your password when you go to do #2 and you cant log in.
4. Change you passwords and keep them on PAPER or at very least a a flash drive and NEVER in any email.
5. Godaddy and Network solutions offers a low cost extra protection to make you verify 2 email addresses and photo ID to make a transfer.
