I am on the poker end of things…
My ultimate bet gets paid to my players account, no other option allowed.(i dont know if they do that with there new program from income access, I dont have a second tier option so I know the program is differant) PartyPoker allows you to put it in your players account(ive never done it)

Pokerstars also works on this way, also RoyalCardRoom puts the money to your player cashier account from where you can withdraw it.
You have the option to be paid via your player account with our casinos and poker room.

why risk you hard earned money?
