InactiveI am now considering moving to England. I think their laws are good although I am not 100% sure yet. Does anyone know if England allows online promotion of foreign gambling sites?
Ireland could also be interesting, they have low taxes. Anyone knows anything about Irelands gambling laws?

InactiveAntoine that is about a 60 degree change in temperature for you are you sure your body could handle the shock? :hehe: i have been to Paradise Island a couple of times and it was nice but it is very touristy, i would recommend visiting it for an extended period and see if it is a good fix.
On a good note you are such a short flight to miami that you can easily get back to the big world.

InactiveI live in Cape Town, South Africa. Sounds pretty third world but it is the birthplace of Microgaming, Referback, Fortune Lounge, among others.
Not exactly the best place to live as an affiliate because of our strict foreign exchange policies. No problem getting dollars in but difficult getting them out. My brother emigrated to Sydney last year so I may take my family and join him in a couple of years time.

InactiveI’ve always wanted to visit South Africa. I know it has its problems but the country looks beautiful.
Regarding the Bahamas, I’m taking a 20 day trip to visit the dominican republic and grand bahamas on the 6th. I think Grand Bahamas will be a little less touristy than paradise island. (a lot cheaper too)

InactiveIslandman do you work in the online casino business there? What are the requirements (gov.)to relocate there?
April 7, 2005 at 7:30 pm #663908Anonymous
InactiveOnline gaming is legal in Curacao and in fact is one of the largest issues of online gaming licenses.
If you are an affiliate and not a casino operator all you need to do is set up a local company which in essance is an advertising company. There are trust companies who can assist in all of this. One in particular has specialized in our industry and I am trying to get them to come to the CAP spring break in June, they are in Amsterdam now.
Hope that helps,
Brian
