Panama is my favorite place to register a company as you do not pay tax on offshore earnings (outside of Panama). Also they are very secretive with the information they collect and do not share with other countries (one of the few countries outside Switzerland with this policy).

Worth visiting http://www.trustprofessionals.com to learn more about where to set up.

Hey MisterDH, and all ya other guys looking..

I think – do NOT hold me 100% up to this, cause i am not sure – that the most secure way to do this is:

Create an offshore selfowned trustfond – eg. My Casino Fund. Due to the fact that the fund is selfowned, no one will ever finds out who owns it. Then let trustfond create a company in the seychells – this is possible, and some companys will handle all the paper work for you (pm me for details). The company which then earns all the money, and then you make yourself an employee of this company. Then you can do the two following things:

    1. Give yourself a paycheck each month (if you are resident in norway, you have to pay norwegian taxes – BORING and lame!)
    2. Let the company loan you money. Lets say that the company has earned 100.000$ within the last year, then create a loan document from the company to you saying “MisterDH is loaning 100.000$ from us, and will pay it back with $0.01 each year – the first 30 years will be exempt from repayment”

Then you can have the money for yourself, and when the 30 years has gone buy you pay back $0.01 each year – ore better, make the first 90 years exempt from repayment.

A trustfund + company + foreign bank account in name of the company, paper work and everything can be made for $2-4k + 1k annual – atleast with the company i checked with. I also saw companis charging way over 15k for doing this.

I belive that you can do it this way, but again, do NOT hold me up to this.

Like i said before, i am not 100% sure, but i really believe that it was the way the company i talked to explained it. However i don’t see any problem with a company loaning out money to its employees, ore any other for that matter – the fact that they never will get them back is not the loaners fault but the company..

I have not heard that you CAN’T do this, but please correct me if i am wrong…

Thanks alot for the usefull posts folks!

After reading this I think its best for me to register a company in England for 1,900 Euros and pay income taxes in Norway… I know its probally possible for me to do some tax fraud, but I dont want to risk what I earn now so…

I think its better to play on the right side of the law when its about your main income.. im sure most of us makes more then an average doctor or lawyer anyway :wink-wink

I think I will register my company with http://www.wsr-corporation.com/

Anybody know if they are any good? Looks pro :)

Need a safe jurisdiction for the corporation and bank account (with low taxes and no paperwork) in order to operate a casino affiliate website.
    May somebody recommend a service?

    Thanks.

These guys will set up a company for you on The Isle of Mann which is completely hidden from prying eyes as its behind a trust fund or something, and it is all completely legit.
All you then need to do is pay yourself a salary as a consultant, those dummies in the Norwegian skattevesenet will be none the wiser :hattip:

The only legitimate option is to become a non resident of your country and to become a resident of a country that has zero taxes. If you buy a house worth 500k in the bahamas you are almost automatically approved for permanent residency. You can then go visit family for 5.5 months a year.

Otherwise you can have money offshore, but you wont have access to it to spend it so it is kind of counter productive. It’s why criminals launder money. They choose to pay tax on that money so they can actually use it.

You might want to check your local laws. If it’s illegal to have a gambling related business in Norway, a company owned by you in the UK might not solve your problems at all as long as you’re a resident of Norway.

and don’t forget that all transactions with offshore zones are
monitories by governments (for money l. and tax fraud reasons)

But what’s wrong to open a company in UK with an UK companion as a
    director?

This thread must be in prvate area.

I opened an offshore company in Hong Kong. If the revenue is earned out of Hong Kong, we don’t have to pay any tax. annual fee is about $1250 without any financial paper work. It is legal if we go to Hong Kong to collect the money for any purpose. re-remit to anyone in the world.
